Drop In classes are the perfect way to try Indian dance and get your mid-week workout. Classes are challenging and fun. The first part of each class is spent doing an intense warm-up that will get your blood pumping and teach you dance technique, while the second part is spent learning choreography. Bollywood & Bhangra classes use upbeat music and focus on the energetic movements that define the two styles while Classical Blend classes tone your body using elements from Kathak and Bharathanatyam in combination with Bollywood music.
